Hexagon Bold Viking Compass Vegvisir Ring – Stainless Steel. This Premium Stainless Steel Ring is from our Handcrafted Viking Forge Line.
The Vegvisir, also known as the runic compass or the Viking compass/Nordic compass made of eight Viking rune staves, is a symbol of protection and guidance believed to be used as a compass by Vikings. The word vegvisir means ‘wayfinder’ and ‘sign post’ in Icelandic language.
Vegvisir, the Viking Compass, is first recorded in the Huld Manuscript, compiled by Geir Vigfusson in the 19th century. It depicts the Vegvisir symbol, which means “that which shows the way”, combining “vegur” which means way, with “visir”, which means pointer.
The sides of the ring are inscribed with Yggdrasil, the tree of life, and the valknut, sometimes also called Odin’s knot.

Carry the power of Thor with Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir, on a cord necklace featuring raven’s head clasps! Mjolnir (also Mjöllnir) was both thunder-god Thor’s preferred weapon and the means by which he granted blessings. As a symbol, it was widely in use during the viking era, and versions of it were often worn or carried as talismans by the vikings, who certainly would have wanted to call upon Thor’s strength, protection, and skill in battle.
This leather Hammer of Thor Raven King’s Chain features a heavy necklace and Thor’s Hammer pendant. Mjolnir is adorned with bold knotwork. The necklace is a high quality and modernized reconstruction of chain and mjolnir of the findings from Ödeshög, Östergötland, Sweden
