We ship all jewelry free to most countries. There are a small number of countries where we cannot ship, or where we have to charge for shipping due to carrier restrictions (eg South Africa)
We ship most clothing from Raleigh, NC. Most shipping to the US is Free. For international shipping we charge for shipping at carrier rates (the cost is calculated for you at checkout), We do offer expedited shipping.
For items that we have in stock we ship normally next day.
We ship most orders UPS or USPS.
If your order qualifies for free shipping we have the option of shipping via UPS or the USPS & we will need a physical address to ship to instead of a PO Box.
All fees and charges levied by Customs and Duty are the customer's responsibility.
All items sold and distributed by us are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from any refund.
We do sometimes ship certain items from workshops around the world. This is normally for items that are made to order or made locally. In these cases it can take up to 4 weeks to make and deliver the item..
